Alpha Medical Tourism
Alpha Medical Tourism is a medical facilitator company that collaborates with healthcare
professionals around the world to find and coordinate medical solutions that patients
cannot find at home. The company handles all aspects of the medical trip including:
hospitalization, logistics, insurance, and Visa privileges in the selected country
where the service is offered.
As the name implies, there are tourism aspects to the trips. Customers (patients)
are interested to see where they are staying, nearby points of interest and other
attractions or to understand their proximity to local services or transportation.
The information was available on Alpha MT’s site in textual form which made it difficult
for visitors to visualize or use. This strongly impacts the site’s usability, overall
visitor experience, and ultimately, the willingness of potential customers to purchase
a medical tourism package from Alpha MT.
By integrating Cartolog MapApp, Alpha is now able to show the trip’s destination,
place patients will be staying accompanies by valuable information to potential
customers like nearby points of interest, attractions, and availability of local
services and local means of transportation. All that was offered in an intuitive,
